What language is the training in?

All courses are held in English. Fluency in English is an essential requirement for attending courses.

When do I need to pay for the course?

Course Fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the course. Failure to make payment on time will result in an automatic cancellation.

What about VAT?

VAT is chargeable on all courses that are delivered in the UK at a standard rate of 20.0{abe26f58d681493381c742ae5300607f24f557f0dc5643dce2e8a695e04c7168}.

No VAT is payable on courses PGT delivers outside of the UK when being funded by a non-UK based entity.

According to UK Law, non-profit and governmental organisations are exempt from paying VAT. In order to qualify for this exemption, the client organisation is required to provide an official letter stating that it has been established for non-profit or public service purposes.

Do you offer discounts?

We can offer discounts when more than one participant attends any of our public training courses. Please email [email protected] for such a request.

What is included in the course fee?

  • Cost of tuition
  • Consultant’s preparation time
  • Tailoring of course materials (applicable for on-site courses)
  • Course material (in hard- and soft-copy formats including Training Manual)
  • Accredited CPD course certificates available on request
  • One-to-one coaching support available for all attendees for up to one month on completion of course

Do I receive a certificate?

Certificates are awarded to delegates who attend and successfully complete the course, showing commitment to their personal development and progression. Certificates are accredited by the Continuing Professional Development Standards Office (CPD) and attendees will receive CPD points. We are a CPD Accredited Provider: ID: 21515.

Attendees wishing to receive CPD Points should indicate this when booking their course.

What is your policy on substitutions?

Delegates registered on any course can be substituted at any time without risk of a penalty. Such requests must be made in writing.

What is your policy on alterations to the programme?

PowerCall Global Training reserves the right to amend courses or the published programme, or to cancel any course at any time, and offer an alternative date, a full refund or credit, without liability for any consequential loss or damage.

What is your policy on cancellations?

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a ‘public’ course, we will transfer delegate bookings and any payments to an agreed alternative date, or where appropriate provide a full refund.
